French Bread Crab $168 is better to be served in cold (it is not suggested to cook with other ingredients). Some persons prefer to try with vinegar. 2 persons, instead of 4 persons, should share one crab.
There are quite a lot of yellow fat.
Veggie is too oily.
Quality of E-fu Noodle in Soup is average only.
There is a wide selection of crabs and prawns. They are all cooked, wrapped by Cling (LDPE) Wrap, and placed in the fridge.

The owner of Golden Pond (GP) is a distributor of seafood and wine in Hong Kong, and claims to sell them at a lower price, or at a price 30% lower than the same in the market. But I don't think so.
GP can only be described as a super-mini food shop, with 12 seats totally. But the seats are tightly packed together, diners are like sardines in a can. There is in fact no space between each table, which is already smaller than normal in size. It is not a place to drink wine. Booking is needed and takeaway is suggested.
Doubtless, the cold steamed crab quality is very high; it is value for money. The waitress said they would have fresh crabs to arrive daily. For other dishes, they are average only. But we cannot expect too much, it is already very lucky for us to try crab of such high quality in Hong Kong. Other things become unimportant.
