Appetisers (Left: mushroom, Right: tomato with sour plum taste) are served in a very attractive manner. Two other items in this platter have not been shown. This already gives us a very good first impression to Vegelink.
'A pocket stuffed with sliced mushroom and carrot' is a quite creative dish. It is rich in the alluring flavor of muchroom.
Pumpkin soup is the item I like most. It is rich in pumpkin flavor, this can only be resulted from good quality pumpkin. There are shredded red bell pepper and mushroom to enrich the soup texture.
Another vegetarian dish served with ham and dumpling. The dumpling skin is very chewy.
Potato cake is a potato mash wrapped by a sheet of seaweed.
Vegetarian Scallop is in fact from a big mushroom, which is chopped into small pieces. The mushroom is juicy and delicious. These vegetarian scallop are placed on top of pasta and green mint sauce.
Red bell pepper mash is sandwiched between tofu, with orange carrot sauce.

We would like to eat vegetarian food. Vegelink is in fact a restaurant of simple and decent decoration. Once we are allotted a table, we have a comfortable feeling, the lighting is mild and not too bright. Servers are very nice and provide attentive service.
For dinner, it is better to make reservation one day in advance. There is no A La Carte in dinnertime. All diners should be served the same menu, which would be different daily. A Taiwanese lady designs the menu regularly. The target of Vegelink is to serve vegetarian food with no msg, from fresh materials, and with less oil. The vegetarian foods are not mainly Chinese style, but fusion of cuisines from different places.
Tonight, there are totally 10 dishes and a dessert in the dinner set. In view of food portion and food taste / quality, it is a value for money vegetarian dinner.
