'Soup of River Fish, Pork and Vegetable'. Soup is one of the signature items in Lei Garden. It seems to have missed something if soup has not been ordered.
Deep-fried Taro Stuff is still at high quality, it is delicious.
Xiao Long Bao is hot when served. It is juicy and the minced pork is not tough. Lei Garden's xiao long bao is better in taste and overall performance than that from the so-called famous xiao long bao specialist from Taiwan.
Fried Bean Sprout & Vegetables
'Steamed Egg White w/ Crab Meat' should have its name to be changed to 'Steamed Egg White w/ Shrimp'. This is not to say there is no crab meat, there are several pieces only, frankly speaking.
'Fried Garoupa w/ Spring Onion' is served in a (broken) stone pot. It is a delicious dish in Lei Garden, in my experience. Fish meat is fresh and does not have any trace of fishiness. There is plenty of spring onion at the bottom. It is suggested to eat them (spring onion) all, it is good to health.
Stir-fried Vegetable
'Ginger Soup w/ Sweet Potato'. Dessert in Lei Garden should not be missed.

We order a lunch set for two today. If we order a la carte and dim sum, the average spending is more or less the same. The lunch set includes two types of dim sum, today soup, vegetable, dessert and three other dishes selected from the menu.
Food quality and service can always be maintained at high or satisfactory level. Particularly for food quality, it is always at above average standard. Under such circumstances, we would visit Lei Garden again, for sure.
