Signature Vegetarian Stuff is an item we must order every time. It is still very delicious and the sauce is cooked by preserved red bean.
Marinated Stuff is the one of the signature items in Hung's. It is a must order to most diners.
We order goose meat, goose wing and tofu. The portion is larger than we expect. Taste is good but not outstanding.
Chua Lam Fried Noodle is relatively small in portion, $48. It is a bit expensive in view of price, portion and taste. It is cooked with green onion, chinese chive and pig fat. Noodle is al dente in texture. Maybe, it is highlighted to be one of the signature items, we expect more and we are a bit disappointed.
Today soup is good and delicious. No msg has been added. It is a must order item.

It is the first time to visit after it is starred. We really do not want to wait for too long time for a meal. Since Hung’s is a small eatery of Chinese food, diners should not expect roomy dining environment. We also do not care this point too much, what we look for is delicious food.
We order three dishes and today soup only. We are pleased that food quality can still be maintained during these years, dishes would not be very delicious as msg should not be added in considerable amount, if any. But for today soup, msg is not available, for sure. For a small eatery to be starred by Michelin and welcomed by the citizens, it must have its own charisma. Yes, Hung’s has the charisma.
