Crispy Chicken Salad
There are five pieces of deep-fried chicken wing, together with considerable amount of salad. Deep-fried chicken is mostly delicious and flavorful.
Lamb Curry Rice is quite generous in portion. We notice there are more than six pieces of lamb meat, but not bone only.
The sauce, particularly the taste, can be done better. It is already not bad.
Vegetable soup is not concentrated enough. It is definitely not bad, in view of the amount of vegetables and the soup colour. Maybe, this comment is too demanding for a meal of about HK$90.
Red Bean Pudding is of quality. If not, it will not be so mini in size. Taste of red bean and peel is pleasing and condensed. It should be the best item or it is outstanding.

It is the first time to dine in Amy’s Kitchen in Sai Wan. It is always crowded during the day. It should be a canteen of the dwellers in Sai Wan. At about eight o’clock, the restaurant is nearly full. It should not be a small restaurant and can serve about thirty persons at the same time. I would grade it as a high-class cha chaan teng.
We order two items in the dinner menu, chicken wing salad and lamb rice. Both are prepared and cooked with above average quality, but have not attained an outstanding level. We would visit again.
