Texture of pork chop is good and no meat tenderizer has been added. It is tasty.
Curry Rice w/ Pork Chop
Curry sauce is sticky and spicy enough, pork chop is generous in portion.
Hainanese Chicken Rice is authentic in flavour, chicken texture is not tough. The portion is for sure generous.
Bread with condensed milk and peanut butter.
Hot Milk Tea is of high quality, it is well-balanced in tea leaf flavour and complexity, amount of condensed milk and overall concentration. You are recommended to drink its hot milk tea.
Wing Kee should have been operating in Sham Tseng for more than twenty years, we guess.

It is a cha chaan teng in Sham Tseng. We are reported to try here if we visit Sham Tseng. We of course would follow the instruction. There are four stalls in this cooked food centre, and Wing Kee is the largest one and its business is the best.
We order two items of signature rice with hot milk tea. We are pleased that both items are cooked with high quality, though they are the food in cooked food centre. Pork chop has been marinated with sufficient period of time and no meat tenderizer has been added. Hainanese rice is also not bad, chicken texture is not tough. Rice is authentic and definitely not oily. Wing Kee should be the best eatery in Sham Tseng.
