Two of the signature desserts are ordered, they are 90% similar in appearance.
Ginger Milk (薑汁撞奶) is hot and not too sweet. The flavor of ginger is better to be stronger. It is now still delicious.
Double-Layer
Steamed Milk (雙皮奶) is also hot and of course strong in milk taste. It
seems to be a must try whenever we order desserts in Yee Shun.

Whenever
we visit Macau, it is always a temptation to try the desserts in Yee
Shun. Though there are also several branches in Hong Kong, it seems that
the desserts are more delicious in Macau. No matter when we visit this
Yee Shun, it is always crowded. What a good location in Macau!
Since
we do not have much space in the stomach, we only order one dessert
each. They are Ginger Milk and double-layer steamed milk. They are still
of good taste and are not so sweet as before. We surely would visit
again whenever we visit Macau.
