Wan Tsui Estate is a public housing estate opposite to Chaiwan MTR Station. It is located at a part of former Chaiwan Estate. It has 11 residential buildings, completed in 1979 and 2001. For the oldest blocks, they have 36 years history in 2015.
The estate is just opposite to Chaiwan MTR Station. There is a shopping mall called Wan Tsui Commercial Centre (環翠商場).

Yat Tsui House is a small household block, completed in 2001. It is the newest block and the appearance is quite different from other blocks in the same estate. Most public housing estates in Hong Kong are kept in good condition, at least from the outlook.
