Welland Plaza is in Shamshuipo, bounded by Un Chau Street (元洲街), Nam Cheong Street (南昌街) and Fuk Wing Street (福榮街). Besides the ground floor, it has first and second floors. Developed in 1997, it is managed by Henderson Property Agency Limited.
Welland Plaza is a local shopping centre. It does not sell famous world brand.
Basically there are quite a lot of shops on the first floor, they are tutorial centres, stationery shop, mobile phone shop, tea shop and etc. But for the second floor, it is church.
