Not too far away from Tung Chung Area Recreation Centre http://isletforum.com/home.php?mod=space&uid=58&do=blog&id=597, we notice there is an old construction called Wai Fung Farm (惠豐農場). We cannot find any information about it in the internet.
Wai Fung Farm should have been abandoned, and no longer be a farm for a long time. But there should be regular visit by some people. If not, it would be covered by grasses and plants.
The main entrance is still good shape and condition.
Is it 33 or 83?
The couplet is written as '春雨絲絲潤萬物 紅梅點點綉千山'.
We learn its Chinese name from these engraved Chinese characters.
Since it is written from the right to left, it should also be an old stuff. I guess it may have a history of sixty years.
