Shun Lee Estate (順利邨) is a public housing estate in North Kwun Tong. There are totally 7 residential blocks built in 1978 and 1980 respectively. The oldest block is already 36 years old, in 2014. The estate is managed by Hong Kong Housing Authority.
Formerly, the site of Shun Lee Estate was Cemetery No. 7 and resettlement area. Shun Lee Estate was also the first public housing estate with cinema. At a cost of HK$10M, the cinema was completed in May 1981 and demolished in 1999. The site is now a Home for the elderly.

Adjacent to Shun Lee Estate, it is Shun Chi Court (順緻苑), one of the first Home Ownership Scheme estates in Hong Kong.
