Opposite to the Tin Ha Road Playground (田廈路遊樂場), it is the Ha Tsuen Rural Commitee (廈村鄉鄉事委員會).
It is a grey construction of two storeys.
This pai lou is very primitive and simple, it should have a history of more than fifty years in 2015, I guess.
There is a newer pai lou in front of the main entrance of the rural commitee.
The building is in fact symmetrical.
