Yick Yuen Tsuen is bounded by West Rail Line (西鐵線), Yick Yuen Road (亦園道) and Castle Peak Road - Hung Shui Kiu (青山公路 - 洪水橋段). This is at the junction of Yick Yuen Road (亦園道) and Castle Peak Road - Hung Shui Kiu (青山公路 - 洪水橋段).

Yick Yuen Tsuen is not a village of indigenous inhabitants, as we cannot find any ancestral hall in the village. But it has a history of about 80 years.

This pai lou of Yick Yuen Tsuen was constructed in 1998. At the time of constructing this pai lou, no one would expect this village would be demolished in 2016.
