Siu Shan Court (兆山苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court on the reclaimed land of Castle Peak Bay in Tuen Mun South, near Wu King Estate and Butterfly Estate (http://isletforum.com/home.php?mod=space&uid=58&do=blog&id=315). It has 12 blocks built in 1983, it is 32 years old in 2015.
A jay walker in yellow jacket and blue jeans is found in Tuen Mun. Children and students should not learn.
All blocks are in brown and white outlook.
12 blocks of Siu Shan Court are built in the form of three clusters. This may be a special design or for the sake of saving space.
In Hong Kong, though this block has experienced 32 years, it still looks very good. This point should be appreciated.
Kwai King House (葵景閣) is also called Block D.
Siu Shan Court Multi-storey Car Park is in the middle of the estate.
Siu Shan court is accessible by public bus and Light Rail.
In spring, the estate is naturally beautified by colored trees.

Living space in old estates, like Siu Shan Court and those in the New Territories, is always much better and larger. If you do not mind living in Tuen Mun, because it is a bit far away from the urban area, it should be a good choice. Environment, particularly the living space, is much suitable for people.
