成人一日需要多少蛋白質?

成人一日需要多少蛋白質?
來源一:一般健康成年人的每日蛋白質建議量為每日每公斤體重1.0公克蛋白質,以一名體重60公斤的成年人為例,一天所需的蛋白質量為60公克。

來源二:大部分的建議蛋白質攝取量會先從體重來算。符合每日最低需求的蛋白質量,大約是每天每公斤體重吃0.8公克的蛋白質。也就是

一位50公斤的人,每天至少吃50*0.8等於40克的蛋白質。
一位60公斤的人,每天至少吃60*0.8等於48克的蛋白質。
70公斤的人至少吃56克;
80公斤的人至少吃64克。

來源三:
一般情況:
60公斤的歲40歲健康成人,每日應攝取的蛋白質量標準為60×1.1克=66克
60公斤的歲75歲健康長者,每日應攝取的蛋白質量標準為60×1.2克=72克

三個來源,都是差不多。大概8隻蛋的蛋白質份量吧。

How much protein do adults need per day?
Source 1: The recommended daily amount of protein for an average healthy adult is 1.0 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Taking an adult weighing 60 kilograms as an example, the amount of protein required per day is 60 grams.

Source 2: Most of the recommended protein intake is calculated based on body weight. The amount of protein that meets the minimum daily requirement is approximately 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. That is
A 50 kg person should eat at least 50*0.8 equal to 40 grams of protein every day.
A 60 kg person should eat at least 60*0.8 equal to 48 grams of protein every day.
A 70kg person should eat at least 56g;
A 80kg person should eat at least 64g.

Source three:
Generally:
The daily protein intake standard for a 40-year-old healthy adult who weighs 60 kilograms is 60 × 1.1 grams = 66 grams.
The daily protein intake standard for a 75-year-old healthy elderly person who weighs 60 kilograms is 60 × 1.2 grams = 72 grams.

The three sources are all similar. It's about the same amount of protein as 8 eggs.
