油塘高超道一私人屋苑旁已經有約三層高的建築物，現在可能加建電梯或樓梯之類的東西方便新的私人屋苑。在不影響現有建築物的情況下，在它的周圍動工，不錯的建築技術喔。
Constructing an extension to an existing building
There is already a three-storey building next to a private housing estate on Ko Chiu Road in Yau Tong. Now it is possible to add elevators or stairs to facilitate the new private housing estate. It's a good construction technique to start construction around existing building without affecting it.
