你喜歡吃酥皮還是牛油皮蛋撻呢?Puff pastry or butter crust tart

除了菠蘿包,香港人的comfort food還有蛋撻。
以前是酥皮蛋撻,現在還有牛油皮蛋撻。
當蛋撻是新鮮出爐,最好是辣嘴的熱度,就最令人想征服這個蛋撻。
我最喜愛的是牛油皮蛋撻,這個是個人偏好吧。
不過,我都會吃酥皮蛋撻的,如果經過檀島咖啡廳,便會吃一個酥皮蛋撻和喝一杯熱奶茶,這真是無上的享受喔。
有時,在下午茶時間經過餐廳,知道他們有蛋撻,都會買一個,在路邊馬上吃,吃吧,再上路。
不是所有蛋撻我都會吃的,有些不見經傳的麵包店或店舖很骯髒的,我都不會買,不知道他們用甚麼材料和加了甚麼東西進蛋撻內。
還有看見蛋漿下陷的,都不會買。
吃蛋撻,吃一個就可以了,其實吃1.5個是剛剛好,但沒有1.5個,又不想掉了0.5個,吃一個就正好marginal utility是最高。

Sometimes, when I pass by a restaurant or bakery during afternoon tea time and know that they have egg tarts, I will buy one and eat it right away on the roadside, eat it, and then go away.
Not all egg tarts will be eaten by me, and I won't buy them from some unknown bakeries or filthy shops.
I don't know what ingredients they use and what they have added to the egg tarts.
I will also not buy those egg tarts with the egg paste sinking.
To eat egg tarts, just eat one. In fact, eating 1.5 is just right. There is no need to throw away the remaining 0.5.
Eating 1.0 is therefore right. The marginal utility is the highest.
