What does glutinous corn taste like?
I saw this glutinous corn at the market, it was HK$15 for two pieces and HK$28 for four pieces.
Pack each pair in a ziplock bag.
I bought it and tried it.
Everything other than corn is removed in advance, then we can see what the corn you buy looks like.
The corn is a bit dry, maybe it was kept in the refrigerator.
Go home and use a corn peeler to take out the corn and simmer it for ten minutes.
As expected, the corn has a very glutinous rice feel and is a bit smokey and tough, but it lacks the original corn flavor.
Personally, I don't really like this glutinous corn, and I would prefer normal corn.
Of course, if there is any, I will eat it.
