Tsung Tsin Mission of Hong Kong Kau Yan Church (also known as Hong Kong Kau Yan Church) is a Protestant church in Sai Ying Pun, Western District, Hong Kong, at the junction of Western Street and High Street, at the south of the Western District Community Centre.
The church site is designed in a Gothic revival style. It was rebuilt in 1932 and was rated as a Grade 3 historic building in 1990. It was recognized as a Grade 1 historical building in Hong Kong on September 2, 2011.
