Homemade Spiced Salted Egg

Material
20 duck eggs, 20 Sichuan peppercorns, 1 star anise, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 piece of bay leaf, appropriate amount of sea salt, 100ml of white wine

Process
1. Wash the duck eggs and dry them;
2. Put the Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves in the seasoning box and tighten;
3. Put the right amount of water in the pot, add the seasoning of 2, turn on the fire, turn to a low heat and cook for 10 minutes, add the sea salt and stir until melted, turn off the heat and let it cool;
4. Put the duck eggs in the glass bottle prepared in advance, take out the seasoning in the boiled salt water, and pour the water into the glass bottle to soak the duck eggs;
5. Pour in the white wine, cover and keep it in a cool place for one month.
