Spring Rolls

Spring rolls are a popular traditional snack in China. They are made of thin dough, stuffed and fried. The fillings and sizes vary from place to place, but they are basically flat and cylindrical.
Taking China as an example, most people use vegetables and meat as fillings, while in some northern regions, red bean paste is used instead. Spring rolls are also a dish in the second round of the Manchu and Han banquets.
Basically, spring rolls are freshly fried without too much oil, and they are already delicious. I like spring rolls.
