The fate of the old cha chaan tang

In fact, I don't know if it has something to do with the past I talked about below.
I used to be afraid of going to cha chaan tang or a dirty place in the past, and wondered why I should go to some unclean places to eat.
But now I keep visiting the (old) tea restaurants and cha chaan tang. The main reason is that I am afraid that they will be closed and lost forever. Now I hope to shoot them more, leave them on youtube, and keep them forever.

I remember, at Hoi On Cafe (an old cafe/cha chaan tang) in Sheung Wan, it was too late for the previous filming, they were closed at about 6pm, so I went again and finally filmed.
Unexpectedly, they said that someone inherited it, but suddenly closed forever. I was very disappointed, but fortunate to have made a video of Hoi On Cafe.
