How does music relax us?
We all know that listening to music can be relaxing and allows us to relax in different situations and environments such as sleep, meditation, yoga, zen, spa, massage, study and concentration.
In improving relaxation and concentration, some music uses brain waves, such as alpha waves, beta waves, delta waves, and theta waves, to allow us to relax and recover without even realizing it comfortably.
If possible, play some music while studying, sleeping, or at home to make life even better.
