恆安邨 Heng On Estate

恆安邨是馬鞍山新市鎮首個入伙的屋邨，以及全港首個採用Y3型大廈設計的屋邨，於1987年2月16日入伙。商場及中央花園獲得1989年香港建築師學會優異獎。
商場及花園設計得很不錯，可能是香港公共屋邨中最喜歡的。
Heng On Estate is the first housing estate in Ma On Shan New Town, and the first housing estate in Hong Kong to adopt the Y3-shaped building design. It was occupied on February 16, 1987. The shopping mall and Central Garden won the Merit Award of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects in 1989.
The shopping mall and garden are very well designed, probably the favorite among public housing estates in Hong Kong.
