氣炸鍋烤雞 Grilled chicken in air fryer
材料:Ingredient:
春雞 Baby Chicken
佐料:Seasonings:
老抽(少量)Dark Soy Sauce
蠔油(適量)Oyster Sauce
薑汁(或沙薑粉)Ginger Juice
糖/蜜糖 Sugar / Honey
黑胡椒 Black Pepper
鹽(適量)Salt
在佳寶買,HK$19.00。
方法:Steps:
醃雞三小時或過夜, Marinate the baby chicken for 3 hours or overnight,
把醃好的春雞放盡氣炸鍋,Put the marinated baby chicken into the air fryer,
用160度,氣炸10分鐘,At 160 degree celsius, airfry for 10 minutes,
把雞翻轉,氣炸10分鐘,Flip the chicken, airfry for 10 minutes,
再把雞翻轉,氣炸10分鐘,Flip the chicken again, airfry for 10 minutes,
把雞翻轉,塗上蜜糖,氣炸10分鐘(控制時間),Flip the chicken again, coated with honey, airfry for 10 minutes.
禮成。Done.
註:不難做,氣炸鍋是懶人的恩物。
