豆腐韭菜餃紫菜烏冬
材料:Ingredients:
豆腐 Tofu
韭菜餃 Leek Dumpling
紫菜 Seaweed
烏冬 Udon
雞蛋 Egg
佐料:Seasonings:
蠔油 Oyster Sauce
生油 Oil
方法:Steps:
先放烏冬和韭菜餃 Put Udon & Leek Dumpling into boiling water,
再放豆腐,紫菜 Add Tofu & Seaweed later,
後放雞蛋 Add an egg thereafter,
約10分鐘,便有得食。Totally cook for 10 minutes, served.
註:簡單的懶人健康餐,沒有難度。
